The Bloedorn Foundation’s Board of Trustees represent many different backgrounds in Morgan County. Many of the trustees have served for over 20 years in this position.

Bloedorn Foundation Chairperson

Corliss Bloedorn Littlefield, the last Bloedorn family member living in Fort Morgan, is a granddaughter of J.H. and Corliss White Bloedorn who moved to Fort Morgan in 1919.  She graduated from Fort Morgan High School, and Pomona College, Claremont, CA, and obtained her M.A. in Psychology in a two-year program at Peabody College of Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN. Her professional career included working as a Maternal and Child Health Consultant for the Tennessee Department of Public Health, a marriage and family counselor in Grand Junction, CO, and then as Instructor in Psychology and numerous roles at Morgan Community College, Fort Morgan from 1985 until retiring in 2007. 

When her father John Bloedorn Jr., CEO of the Farmers State Bank began experiencing health problems in the early 1990s, Corliss joined the Board of Directors of the bank and holding company.  She also became a Trustee for the Bloedorn Foundation during this time and currently serves as Chairperson.

Corliss is married to Gary Littlefield and is the mother of Andy Keown and Kimberly Keown Iula.

jerry jones

Jerry and his wife Joanne, a retired horticulturist, have resided in Fort Morgan since 1981.  Together they raised their two children and enjoyed their working careers here. Jerry’s long association with the Bloedorn family commenced when he accepted a position at Farmers State Bank of Fort Morgan, the reason for their move to this community.  He began at the bank as a loan officer and at his retirement he was Chairman, President and CEO.

Jerry was appointed a trustee of Bloedorn Foundation in January of 1988.  Additionally, he serves as a director for 123 East Kiowa, Inc. and Bloedorn Lumber Company, both Bloedorn family enterprises. Over the years he has served on numerous community boards and committees and considers himself firmly rooted in Morgan County. Presently Jerry and Joanne enjoy spending time with their adult children, four grandchildren and many special friends, traveling, and time at their mountain cabin.

Donald A. Ostwald D.V.M.

Don is a Fort Morgan native having been born here and raised on a farm near Fort Morgan.  He is a graduate of Fort Morgan High School, Colorado A & M, and Colorado State University.  Following two years in the United States Air Force' he practiced veterinary medicine in Fort Morgan for forty-eight years. He was elected president of the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association in 1989-1990 and was honored as Colorado Veterinarian of the Year in 1993.  He retired from practice in 2007.

Don and his wife, Jo, have three children and seven grandchildren.  He has served on many community boards including fourteen years as president of the Fort Morgan Heritage Foundation which is the primary fund-raiser for the Fort Morgan Museum.

Don and Jo have traveled the world extensively. When at home they enjoy attending Colorado State University football and Colorado Rockies baseball games.  Don's main recreational activity is fly-fishing many Colorado and Wyoming rivers and streams.

Anna segura

Anna is a lifetime resident of Fort Morgan. She and her husband Rogelio are both Morgan County natives. Their three children were also born and raised in Fort Morgan. She graduated from Fort Morgan High School and attended Morgan Community College.

Anna worked at the First National Bank for 11 years and currently works for Centennial BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services). She has worked for Centennial BOCES since 1992 in various positions, currently as an Administrative Office Coordinator. Anna and Rogelio enjoy spending time with their grandson, children, family and friends.

Andrew mcclary

Andrew F. McClary was born in 1957 in Fort Morgan, Colorado. After graduating from Fort Morgan High School in 1975 he attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and received degrees in Political Science and Geography, with a minor in English. Following graduation from UNL he attended Law School at UNL, graduating in 1983. He began practice with the firm of Epperson and McClary and today is the sole shareholder of McClary, P.C.

Andrew has two children, Scott and Michael. He is the assistant Scout Master for Troop 22 and also sits on the Fort Morgan Community Hospital Foundation Board as a Trustee. His interests include Boy Scouts, fishing, camping, and gardening.

David Frick

David Frick is the General Manager of Morgan County Rural Electric Association (REA) a position he has held since 2011. Frick previously served Morgan County REA as Chief Operations Officer, Line Superintendent, Lead Lineman, and Journeyman Lineman and Apprentice Lineman. He has been employed by Morgan County REA for 31 years.

David is a lifetime resident of Fort Morgan, graduating from Fort Morgan High School. He attended the University of Northern Colorado and graduated from the Mesa State University Lineman School.

David has been certified by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s Management Internship Program through the University of Wisconsin as well as serving as a charter board member of Western Nebraska Community College Lineman’s Program. He also serves on Morgan County Economic Development and Fort Morgan Evening Optimist Club.

Dave and his wife Tracy live near Fort Morgan and are members of the United Methodist Church. They have two grown children.
